English Announcements - January 21, 2024

1.    Ps Michelle will be away on leave from Jan 10th-29th. For Kids’ Ministry matters, please contact Ps Marcus.

2.   Mandarin Small Group will be meeting this afternoon at church after having a potluck lunch in the basement.

3.   For those serving in 2024, the link to the schedule has been emailed to you. If you haven't received any emails or have any questions or concerns, please contact Kendra or Ps Andy. We'll also be having a meeting on February 4th for the upcoming year so please sign up through the Google Forms link that was included in the email as well!

January EB Meeting Highlights:

1.    Approved the Mission Department’s recommendation to redirect $4000 from the Other Mission Fund to Pastor Abraham's most recent appeal for building a new church in India.

2.   Decided to implement recycling and composting at church by preparing bins to sort and collect recyclables and compostables, to be removed from church weekly by staff and volunteers to be properly disposed.

3.   Decided to discontinue the printing and distribution of the church directory to protect members’ privacy and security. The Board urges all members with old copies of the directory to store and use them with discretion.
