1.     2022 Annual Report - Would all pastors, elders, department leaders and fellowship leaders please submit your annual reports to Jasmine by Jan 15 via email at aa@newbern.bc.ca.

2.    Jan 29 at 12:30pm - 2pm we will have our annual Safety & Risk Management Training for all volunteers that work with kids, youth, and the vulnerable sector. An alternative training date will be provided online on Jan 31 at 7pm. Please register using the QR code found on the S&RM posters. Contact Ps. Monique for any questions or if you are interested in joining our Kids Ministry and Youth Teams!

3.    Feb 1 @ 5pm – There is a free webinar for parents and volunteers that work with kids. “Connected & Protected”, helps you equip kids for he online world. Sign up using the QR code found on the posters throughout the church or ask Ps. Monique if you have any questions.

4.   For those who are serving in 2023 (ushers, worship teams, A/V team etc.), please mark in your calendars Feb 5 at 12:30pm for a general meeting, lunch will be provided. For any questions or concerns, please contact Kendra.

5.    We are accepting applications for baptism and baptismal class will begin on Jan 22. Please contact Ps. Marcus for more details if you are interested.

6.   Please note that praise dance will be suspended and will resume on Feb 3.

7.    The 2023 Church Directory is now available. For privacy reasons, the directory will only be distributed to church members whose contacts are listed on it. Please note that there’s also a limit of one copy per family.
